  8. What should I do if I have a problem using Internet Banking?

    If you have a problem with Internet Banking please contact the bank by phone, 402-994-4000. Except for holidays you can call during business hours 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday and 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Saturday.

  9. Will the bank offer online payment of bills?

    At this time we do not plan to install an online bill-pay program. There are increased costs and increased account security concerns with bill-pay. We want to investigate this further before establishing this feature. Please let us know if you would like us to allow online payment of bills in the future.

    This is a good time to alert you to the fact that we already allow direct deposit to your account and automatic payment of certain regularly occurring bills from your account. Please contact us if you need more information on these existing services.
