How secure is my information when I use Internet Banking?
The security of your account information is a top priority at the
American Exchange Bank. To make certain the information you send over the
Internet is secure when you are using Internet Banking,
we use Secure Transmission Control Protocol,
the highest industry standards to safeguard your information.
The padlock, or key icon, at the bottom or your browser window indicates
that the Secure Transmission Control Protocol is in effect.
We also work closely with our computer companies to protect all of your
information. For security reasons, and to make sure no one else can
sign in to your account, we never give out passwords.
Only you have access to your password. Please make sure that you store
your password in a safe place because you'll need it each time you sign
in to your account.
Internet Banking Access
If you do not have a current Access ID and Passcode you must click on the

Enroll above. After you complete the enrollment form the bank
will receive your request for Internet Banking services. You will not have
online access until your account is activated by the bank
We will never
send your Internet Banking login information to you by e-mail. We will not
ask you to send us e-mail with your account number or
Social Security number. Please inform us if you receive any e-mail that asks you
to send that information.
Telephone Banking Access
You can no longer access your account information by telephone.

402-994-4000. Except for holidays you can call during business hours
8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday and
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Saturday.
